Topic: 

A Resolution to Authorize the County Administrator to Renew Leases for Property:  Morrisville Convenience Site

Topic Description:

The County has existing leases with two property owners for the Morrisville convenience site.  The renewed leases provide a five-year term at an annual cost of $11,594.  The leases each provide a 3% increase annually. 

The Morrisville convenience site is well located to serve this area of the County.  Investments and improvements to the site have been made by the County.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

Lease payments as provided for in the budget for the convenience sites.

Identify any other Departments, Organizations or Individuals that would be affected by this request:
