Upon recordation of the Lees Glen Subdivision plat
a sanitary sewer easement was dedicated to
Fauquier
County
.
The Fauquier County Water and Sanitation Authority provides
sanitary sewer to the Lees Glen Subdivision.
Fauquier
County
does not
provide sanitary sewer and the title to the sanitary sewer
easement should be transferred from the
County
of
Fauquier
to the
Water and Sanitation Authority.
The Water and Sanitation Authority has, by letter dated
December
19, 2002
, from Barney Durrett, Jr., General Manager of the Water and
Sanitation Authority, indicated that it would accept the
assignment of the easement to it.
