A Resolution to Initiate a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Authorize a Special Exception to Permit the Use of Density from Adjoining Properties in the RA and RC Zones without Parcel Consolidation

Topic Description:

The proposed amendment would permit a landowner, through agreement with an adjacent landowner, to utilize, upon approval of a special exception, density from an adjoining parcel in those instances where the parcel is encumbered by a temporary restriction.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
