A reimbursement resolution
is necessary to ensure the County has the option of
requesting reimbursement for expenditures associated with
the construction of an eleventh elementary school prior to
the receipt of bond proceeds. |

Expenditures incurred 60
days (January 8, 2007) prior to the approval of the
reimbursement resolution may be submitted for reimbursement
