Topic Description: |

The owners of the New
Baltimore Convenience Site have executed a contract to sell
the New Baltimore Convenience Site to Fauquier County for
$50,000. This contract would eliminate the need for the
County to lease the convenience site and provide for the
long-term availability of the property. |

The anticipated fiscal
