The Purchase of Development
Rights (PDR) Committee Recommends the Board of Supervisors
Approve the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation (VLCF)
Grant Program Project Agreement. VLCF awarded $213,500 to
Fauquier County for an application based on the Rebecca
George PDR Easement. The Grant
Program Project Agreement will enable the County to
recapture a significant amount ($213,500) of the cost of
this PDR Easement. |

Consider adoption of the
attached resolution. |

Financial Impacts Analysis: |

The County will recapture
