RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION TO CONSIDER GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO RAPPAHANNOCK ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO T-HANGAR #3 AT THE WARRENTON-FAUQUIER AIRPORT

            WHEREAS, as a part of the construction of the 3^rd T-Hangar at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport, it is necessary to provide an easement to Rappahannock Electric Cooperative in order to facilitate service to the hangar; and

WHEREAS, on March 9, 2006, the Board of Supervisors held a public hearing to receive citizen’s comments; now, therefore, be it

            RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 9^th day of March 2006, That the County Administrator, or his designee, be, and is hereby, authorized to execute a Right-of-Way Easement Agreement with Rappahannock Electric Cooperative for utility installation in conjunction with the construction of the 3^rd T-Hangar at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport.
