In order to facilitate the
provision of affordable housing to needy citizens of the
County, Fauquier Housing Corporation has requested that
certain properties be classified as exempt from taxation. |

Board of Supervisors:

Consider adoption of the
attached resolution. |

Financial Impacts Analysis: |
|
The fiscal impact of this
action based upon the prior assessment and tax rate would
have been approximately $7,300 per year. The future impact
depends upon the new tax rate. |
