PROCLAMATION

A PROCLAMATION TO RECOGNIZE DR. JEFFERY W. BELL FOR HIS

DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT

AND THE CITIZENS OF FAUQUIER COUNTY

            WHEREAS, the maternity clinic of the local health department requires the volunteer services of local obstetrician-gynecologists in order to meet the needs of its patients; and

            WHEREAS, for many years, Dr. Jeffrey W. Bell has provided volunteer services to the clinic and its patients; and

            WHEREAS, Dr. Bell has consistently been available by phone and in person; and

            WHEREAS, Dr. Bell, through his services, has demonstrated the highest level of dedication, public service, and empathy for many low-income and destitute patients in his care; now, therefore, be it

            PROCLAIMED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 9^th day of March 2006, That Dr. Jeffrey W. Bell be, and is hereby, recognized and commended for his service to the local Health Department and the citizens of Fauquier County.
