Trails within Bealeton
Station are located within Virginia Department of
Transportation (VDOT) right-of-way. VDOT will not maintain
the trails because they are not in compliance with VDOT
standards, and will not accept the streets without an
agreement from Fauquier County to maintain the trails. The
attached agreement would provide a mechanism to shift the
maintenance responsibility to the Homeowners Association. |
