Fauquier and Loudoun Garden Club from Taxation |

Topic Description: |
|
Fauquier and Loudoun Garden
Club has filed an application with the Board of Supervisors
to have its real and personal property exempted from
taxation. The application was made pursuant to Section 8-53
of the Code of Fauquier County, and Section 58.1-3651 of the
Code of Virginia. The application process, as set forth in
Virginia Code Section 58.1-3651.B, requires a public hearing
by the Board of Supervisors prior to the consideration of
any Ordinance exempting property from taxation. |

consider adoption of the
attached Ordinance. |
