15.      PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION – FAUQUIER AND LOUDOUN GARDEN CLUB – A public hearing to consider an application for real and personal property tax exemption pursuant to Virginia Code Section 58.1-3651 and Section 8-53 of the Fauquier County Code.  The assessed value of the property is currently $1,100.00 and the taxes assessed are $10.89.  (Kevin Burke, Staff)
