RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE ON BEHALF OF FAUQUIER COUNTY WITH THE FAUQUIER COUNTY OFFICE OF ADULT COURT SERVICES WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is appropriate to continue to locate the Adult Court Services Office at 70 Culpeper Street, Warrenton, Virginia; and WHEREAS, the Department of General Services and the Fauquier County Office of Adult Court Services have agreed upon the basic tenets of the proposed lease; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 12th day of March 2009, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, authorized to execute a lease on behalf of Fauquier County with Fauquier County Office of Adult Court Services, consistent with the terms and conditions agreed to in the lease document, at such time as the lease has been approved by the County Attorney |
