A Resolution Appointing Interim Fire Chief Selby C. Jacobs As Fauquier County Fire Marshal

Topic Description:

Chapter 9, Article VI of the Code of Fauquier County requires that the Board of Supervisors officially appoint the individual who will serve in the role of Fire Marshal.  Interim Fire Chief Selby C. Jacobs will serve in the Fire Marshal role until a replacement is permanently appointed.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
