RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE PLAN AND RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010

WHEREAS, the Joint Personnel Committee has presented recommendations to the Board of Supervisors and the School Board concerning the employee health care program; and

WHEREAS, changes in the benefit plans are recommended; and
 

WHEREAS, changes in rates are necessary to maintain health care; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 12^th day of March 2009, that the rates and report attached to the agenda request for this resolution be, and are hereby, adopted for FY 2010.
