EXEMPT FROM REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXATION - In order to further its charitable purposes of providing recreational space to scout troops and other organizations, the Claude McDonald Foundation, Inc. has requested that its real and personal property be classified as exempt.  The assessed value of the property is $926,100 and annual taxes are approximately $7,084.
