A public hearing to consider the adoption of an Ordinance drafted by the Fauquier County Towing and Recovery Board to regulate law enforcement towing pursuant to the enabling legislation § 46.2-1217 of the Code of Virginia.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Conduct a public hearing and consider adoption of the attached ordinance.
