Topic: 

A Resolution of Official Intent to Reimburse Expenditures with Proceeds of a Borrowing for the Vint Hill Waste Water Treatment Plant expansion

Topic Description:

A reimbursement resolution is necessary to ensure the County has the option of requesting reimbursement for expenditures associated with improvements to the Vint Hill Waste Water Treatment Plant  prior to the receipt of bond proceeds.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

Expenditures incurred 60 days (January 12, 2009) prior to the approval of the reimbursement resolution may be submitted for reimbursement from bond proceeds sold at a future date.
