RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE PLAN AND RATES FOR FY 2009

 WHEREAS, the Health Insurance Advisory Committee has presented recommendations to the Board of Supervisors and the School Board concerning the employee health care program; and

 WHEREAS, no changes in the benefit plans are recommended; and

 WHEREAS, changes in rates for special groups are necessary to maintain health care and

             RESOLVED, by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 13^th day of March 2008, that the attached report and rates are hereby adopted for FY 2009.
