A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A PRIVATE STREET TO CONNECT TO A PRIVATE STREET (WAVR08-CR-050) – CEDAR RUN DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Thomas and Pamela Hugill, owners and applicants, are seeking a waiver to Zoning Ordinance Section 7-302.1.A.2 to allow for a private street to connect to a private street; and
WHEREAS, the applicants propose to create a family transfer lot and a residual lot from the 133.86-acre parcel identified as PIN 7907-59-7038-000, with access via an ingress egress easement that is twenty-five (25) foot wide that connects to Inglewood Farm Lane; and
WHEREAS, on February 28, 2008, the Fauquier County Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed Zoning Ordinance waiver; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 13th day of March 2008, That Zoning Ordinance Section 7-302.1.A.2 be, and is hereby, waived to permit Thomas and Pamela Hugill to create a family transfer lot on the above-referenced parcel that will be accessed by an ingress egress easement that is twenty-five (25) feet in width.
