A Resolution to Authorize the Execution of a Memorandum of Understanding Between Fauquier County and the John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District

Topic Description:

For a number of years the Finance Department and Human Resources Department have provided support to the John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District.  The attached agreement continues those services of processing payroll, administering the pay and classification plan and providing and maintaining fringe benefit programs.  The agreement provides for automatic renewal through June 30, 2009.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
