A Resolution to Authorize the County Administrator to Execute Contracts with S.W. Rodgers Company, Inc. and the Executors of the Estate of Paul Mellon.

Topic Description:

The County, the Executors of the Estate of Paul Mellon and S.W. Rodgers Company, Inc. have prepared the attached agreements in order to address issues related to the preparation of the Northern Sports Field for landscaping.  The agreements provide for an alternative method of planting trees to address issue related to the soil conditions on the site.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adopting the attached resolution.
