A
RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE 2008-2009 THROUGH 2013-2014 SIX-YEAR PLAN FOR
SECONDARY ROADS AND THE 2008-2009 SECONDARY ROAD IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS,
the 2008-2009 through 2013-2014 Six-Year Plan for Secondary Roads and
the 2008-2009 Secondary Road Improvement Budget for Fauquier County was
duly advertised for public hearing and said public hearing was held on
March 13, 2008, and that the items brought forth at the public hearing
were duly considered; and
WHEREAS, on
February 27, 2008, the Fauquier County Transportation Committee
recommended adoption of the Secondary Road Six Year-Plan for 2008-2009
through 2013-2014 transportation priorities, which are outlined herein;
and
WHEREAS, on March 13, 2008, the Board of Supervisors held a joint public
hearing with the Virginia Department of Transportation and received
public comment on the Six-Year Plan; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 13th
day of March 2008, That the 2008-2009 through 2013-2014 Six-Year Plan
for Secondary Roads and the 2008-2009 Secondary Road Improvement Budget
be, and are hereby, adopted as follows:
