the Warrenton-Fauquier Joint Communications Center to
Participate in the Virginia Telecommunicators Emergency
Response Team (TERT)

Topic Description: |

The Warrenton-Fauquier Joint
Communications Center (WFJCC) desires to participate in the
Virginia Telecomminicators Response Team Mutual Aid
Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding, in order to
provide emergency assistance to jurisdictions during
emergencies and disaster situations. |

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Consider adoption of the
attached resolution. |

Financial Impacts Analysis: |
|
Participation in the
Virginia TERT has no financial impact until the employees
are deployed. At that time, WFJCC would be responsible for
normal costs of the employee, including back-fill costs.
These costs may be reimbursed in a declared emergency.
