Topic: 

A Resolution to Amend the Contract with Campbell and Paris Engineers in the Amount of $361,042.21 for Construction Management Services Associated with the Runway 14-32, Schedule II Project at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport

Topic Description:

Fauquier County has received funding from the Federal Aviation Administration for the Runway 14-32, Schedule II Project at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport.  It is recommended that the Fauquier County contract for engineering services be amended to include construction management services for this project.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

Federal funds provide for 90% of the costs and State funds provide for 8% of the costs.  Funds from the Airport account provide for the required 2% local share costs.
