A Resolution to Direct the County Administrator to Institute the Procedure to Abandon a Portion of Mosby Street

Topic Description:

An adjoining property owner has requested that the County abandon a portion of Mosby Street in Marshall that was never improved or used as a street.  The property owner intends to acquire the interests of all other adjoining owners in the abandoned portion of the street and boundary adjust it into his parcel.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
