FY 2008 Joint Budget Work Session with Fauquier County School Board

Topic Description:

Based on the approved budget review calendar for FY 2008, the Board of Supervisors has scheduled a joint work session with the Fauquier County School Board to consider  the  County  Administrator's Proposed Budget, Capital Improvements Program Plan and Tax Rate. Documents for this work session have already been provided to Board Members.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Conduct a joint work session between the Board of Supervisors and the School Board to discuss the merits of the Proposed Budget and allow the staff to respond to any related issues. 

Financial Impacts Analysis:

As presented in the Proposed Budget and from any adjustments directed by the Board of Supervisors.

Identify any other Departments, Organizations or Individuals that would be affected by this request:

All County departments and agencies.
