 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ASSISTANT COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE LEASING OF HANGARS AND TIE-DOWN SPACES AT THE WARRENTON-FAUQUIER AIRPORT AND APPROVING THE FORM OF THE REVISED HANGAR LEASE AND TIE-DOWN AGREEMENT S

Topic Description:

As part of the operation of the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport , the Airport Committee has renegotiated the County's Airport Operation and Management Agreement with Tracey Corporation. As part of the renegotiation of that Agreement, the County has taken on the responsibility of managing the hangar and tie-down leases with owners of airplanes at the Airport.  In reviewing the present form of the hangar and tie-down agreements, the Airport Committee has determined that certain amendments should be made.  The Committee now recommends to the Board of Supervisors the amended hangar and tie-down lease agreements and further requests that the Board of Supervisors designate the Assistant County Administrator as the appropriate person to execute all documents related to the leasing of hangars and tie-downs at the Airport. 

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
