position of Construction Assistant has been submitted to DMG
Maximus for review and evaluation.
DMG has classified the position at a grade 22.
A request is made to add the position of Construction
Assistant, grade 22, to the Fauquier County Position
Classification and Compensation Plan.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Add
the position classification of Construction Assistant, grade 22,
to the Fauquier County Position Classification and Compensation
Plan.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

|
There
is no financial impact associated with approving the addition of
a classication to the Position Classification and Compensation
Plan. An actual position establishment for the classification
will be addressed through the budget process.
