Topic:  A Resolution to Authorize Establishment of the Position Classification of Supervisor, Administration and Training

Topic Description:

The position of Supervisor, Administration and Training has been submitted to DMG Maximus for review and evaluation.  DMG classified the position at a grade 28. Through the Administrative Appeal Process associated with position classifications the position has been graded at a 29.   A request is made to add the position of Supervisor, Administration and Training, grade 29, to the Fauquier County Position Classification and Compensation Plan. 

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Add the position classification of Supervisor, Administration and Training, grade 29, to the Fauquier County Position Classification and Compensation Plan.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

There is no financial impact associated with approving the addition of a classification to the Position Classification and Compensation Plan.
