RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE ESTABLISHMENT OF POSITION

CLASSIFICATION OF SUPERVISOR, TRAINING AND ADMINISTRATION

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has approved and adopted a Position Classification and Compensation Plan prepared and maintained by DMG-MAXIMUS, Incorporated; and

WHEREAS, the position of Supervisor, Administration and Training has been reviewed by DMG-MAXIMUS; and

WHEREAS, DMG-MAXIMUS has classified the position at a grade 28; and

WHEREAS, through the Administrative Appeal Process associated with position classifications the position has been graded at a level 29; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 18th day of March 2002, That the classification of Supervisor, Administration and Training be added to the Fauquier County Position Classification and Compensation Plan, effective March 18, 2002.
