Funding
was included in the FY 2002 CIP to renovate the Warrenton
Community Center to accommodate the general public and
especially the Shadow Lawn senior citizens operation.
Specifications were developed by The Hughes Group and bid
by Procurement. Five
bids were received and Basham and Garcia submitted the low bid
of $205,000.
Parks
and Recreation is requesting approval to award this contract.
