Encroachment Agreement with the Fauquier County Water and
Sanitation Authority. |

Description: |
|
The County
is to receive a trail easement in Brookside which overlaps
existing Fauquier County Water and Sanitation Authority
easements. The Water and Sanitation Authority has agreed to
grant the County a license agreement, revocable for cause in
the event that the County use interferes with the utility
use of the Authority easement. The license also requires
that the County maintain insurance with respect to its use
sufficient to protect the Authority, its agents and
employees. The County maintains such insurance. |
