A Resolution for Subdivision Street Acceptance for The Meadows of Remington Subdivision: Justin Court, Amanda Court, and Helm Drive, Lee Magisterial District

Topic Description:

Improvements to Justin Court, Amanda Court, and Helm Drive, serving The Meadows of Remington Subdivision, have been completed in accordance with Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) requirements.  In order for the streets to be accepted into the Secondary System of State Highways, a request to VDOT for acceptance from the Board of Supervisors is required.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
