A Resolution to Accept the Conveyance of Approximately Twenty Five Acres at Rappahannock Landing and To Enter Into a Development Agreement Involving the Property

Topic Description:

Danforth-Remington has agreed to convey the residue of its property at Rappahannock Landing to the County prior to its final plat recordation as an administrative two-lot subdivision.  In order to outline the effect of this change in the originally proposed conveyance, which was to have occurred contemporaneously with the recordation of its final plat, a developer’s agreement has been prepared

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adopting the attached resolution
