RESOLUTION
A Resolution to Approve a
PRIVATE STREET TO CONNECT TO A PRIVATE STREET (WAVR08-SC-053)
– SCOTT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Timothy and Patricia Whitney, owners, are seeking a waiver to
Zoning Ordinance Section 7-302.1.A.2 to allow for a private street to
connect to a private street; and
WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to create a family transfer lot and a
residual lot from the 3.0879-acre
parcel identified
as PIN 7905-75-2996-000, with access via an ingress egress easement that
is twenty (20) foot wide, which connects to Chestnut Woods Lane; and
WHEREAS, on March
27, 2008, the Fauquier County Planning Commission recommended approval
of the proposed Zoning Ordinance waiver; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 10th
day of April 2008, That Zoning Ordinance Section 7-302.1.A.2 be, and is
hereby, waived to permit Timothy and Patricia Whitney to create a family
transfer lot on the above referenced parcel which will be accessed by an
ingress egress easement that is twenty (20) feet in width.
