A Resolution to Amend the FY 2007 Adopted Budget in the Amount of $1,231,305

Topic Description:

The Code of Virginia requires a public hearing when amendments to the budget exceed the lesser of $500,000 or 1% of the total budget.  Various budget related issues in the amount of $1,209,682 in appropriations and $21,623 in transfers for FY 2007 have been identified for consideration.

The following budget related issues subject to the public hearing have been reviewed and recommended for approval by the Finance Committee during its March meeting.
