A Resolution to Authorize the County Administrator to Execute Certain Utility Easements Over County Property

Topic Description:

The County is no longer required to conduct a public hearing prior to executing easements for utility service for its own projects.  This resolution authorizes the County Administrator to sign easements which do not require a public hearing without Board authorization.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
