the Execution of an Agreement to Provide for the Maintenance
of the Sidewalk along Cedar Lee Condominiums by the
Condominium Association |

Topic Description: |
|
A sidewalk located on the
property of Cedar Lee Condominiums is located within the
Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) right of way.
VDOT will not maintain the sidewalk because it is not in
compliance with VDOT standards, and will not accept the
street adjoining the sidewalk without an agreement from the
County to maintain the trails. The attached agreement would
provide a mechanism to shift the maintenance responsibility
to the Condominium Association. |
