RESOLUTION A resolution DIRECTING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO SCHEDULE a public hearing to consider relocating the Catlett precinct Polling Place to H.M. Pearson Elementary School WHEREAS, the Catlett voting precinct is currently located in the Catlett Fire Hall; and WHEREAS, the Catlett Fire Hall is scheduled for demolition prior to the June 2006 primary election; and WHEREAS, it is therefore necessary to relocate the Catlett voting precinct to H.M. Pearson Elementary School; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 13th day of April 2006, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, directed to schedule a public hearing to consider an Ordinance to relocate the Catlett voting place to H.M. Pearson Elementary School. |
