A Resolution to Approve a Contract to Purchase Real Property of Stafford, LLC.

Topic Description:

The owners of approximately 199 acres of property located adjacent to the landfill and fronting on Meetze road have agreed to convey the property to the County for $3,025,000. 

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution authorizing the purchase of real property owned by Stafford, LLC.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

The anticipated fiscal impact of the purchase is the purchase price plus incidental expenses associated with the acquisition.
