Topic: 

A Resolution Authorizing the Appointment of Representatives from The Town of Remington and the Town of The Plains to the Fauquier County Disability Services Board

Topic Description:

Section 51.5-47(B.) of the Code of Virginia provides that the local governing body shall determine the number of members of the Disability Services Board.  The Board wishes to increase its membership to include representatives from the Towns of Remington and The Plains.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
