Topic: 

A Resolution to Approve a Memorandum of Understanding to Provide Personnel and Financial Services for the John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District

Topic Description:

For a number of years Fauquier County has had an agreement with the John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District to provide personnel and financial services to support the District.  The District in turn agrees to follow County financial and personnel procedures.  The agreement is for a one-year period and can be extended for an additional year.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

Payment for services provided per agreement.
