when, in the opinion of the Zoning Administrator, reasons
or factors for employing buffers are not present.

Staff Report: |
|
This is a
simple amendment to Section 7-604 of the Zoning Ordinance to
allow the Zoning Administrator to waive or modify buffer
requirements when they are not necessary in a particular
site specific instance. On January 29, 2005, the Planning
Commission initiated the text amendment and scheduled the
public hearing for February 17, 2005. After the public
hearing, the Planning Commission voted to recommend, to the
Board of Supervisors, passage of the proposed text
amendment.
