C) in Conservation Districts by special exception.

Summary
Staff Report: |
|
Field
events are allowed in RA, C-2, C-3, and I-2 Districts by
special exception. The proposed text amendment would extend
such uses in Conservation Districts, subject to Board of
Supervisor approval through the issuance of a special
exception. On January 29, 2005, the Planning Commission
initiated the text amendment and scheduled the public
hearing on February 17, 2005. After the public hearing, the
Planning Commission unanimously voted to recommend adoption
of the proposed text amendment. |
