TOPIC:           Update on Phase II of the e-Government Project

Update on Tasks 1 – 8 as well as review of timeline presented at the September 17, 2001 Board of Supervisors meeting.

REQUESTED ACTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS:

Review progress of the Information Resources Department working with F1 Computer Solutions to complete the eight tasks comprising Phase II of e-Government.

FINANCIAL IMPACTS ANALYSIS:

None.

IDENTIFY ANY OTHER DEPARTMENTS, ORGANIZATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS THAT WOULD BE AFFECTED BY THIS REQUEST:

Citizens of Fauquier County, elected officials, civic and service organizations, Fauquier County Schools’ Administration, and all departments in General County Government have benefited, to a greater or lesser degree, by the implementation of Phase II of e-Government.
