A Resolution Authorizing the Revision of Selected Human Resources Policies 

Topic Description:

The Fauquier County Human Resources Policy Manual is being reviewed in its entirety for necessary updates and revisions.  Part of this review entails grouping related policies to eliminate duplication, removing policies from the manual that are administrative in nature, and providing a logical sequencing and retrieval of information.  To this end, the following policies have been revised:

Policy 2I – Inclement Weather

Policy 2J – Leave Donation.              

These policy revisions have received the endorsement of the Personnel Committee.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Consider adoption of the proposed resolution.
