A Resolution to
Approve a Memorandum
of Understanding to Provide
Personnel and Financial Services for the John Marshall Soil and Water
Conservation District Topic
Description: For a number of
years the County has had an agreement with the John Marshall Soil and
Water Conservation District to provide personnel and financial services to support the
District. The District in turn
agrees to follow County financial and personnel procedures.
The agreement is for a one-year period and can be extended for
additional year. Requested Action: Consider adoption
of attached
resolution. Financial
Impacts Analysis: Payment for
services provided per agreement. Identify any other Departments,
Organizations or Individuals that would be affected by this request: John
