Presentation of Revised Conceptual Plan for Northern Sports Field Complex

Topic Description:

Briefing on proposed conceptual plan revisions, project timeline and procedure for bidding and contract award.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Project Manager will provide an update to the Board  on the proposed revisions to the conceptual site plan and pool schematic in preparation for a resolution to accept/approve the revised conceptual site plan.  The resolution will instruct the Ad Hoc Oversight Committee to move forward with the bid process and to return to the Board of Supervisors with a recommendation for construction contract award.  Contract award will be made by the Board of Supervisors
