is a request to schedule a work session to review proposed changes
to the organizational balanced scorecard which are intended to:
a.)
Remove strategies that are "inactive";
b.)
Incorporate Board of Supervisors' CY03 priorities; and
c.)
Move strategies specifically delegated to particular departments
from the organizational scorecard to the departmental scorecard(s).

Receive
briefing from County staff on changes to the current balanced
scorecard.
